PokerStars has introduced a brand new feature called Home Games, which can make this a possibility and allow you to arrange real online poker games with your friends.
You can use the home games facility to invite your loved ones over to PokerStars for a cozy game of online poker, just as you invite them over for a home poker party!
Private Poker Clubs
PokerStars Home Games enables you to create and operate your own poker club so that you can play poker games of your choice, at your convenience, with your own friends, family members, and coworkers. Creating your own poker club at PokerStars is easy; you only have to choose a unique name for your club and an invitation code. The online poker room will then give you your own poker lobby and a Club ID.
Once you have created your online poker club, you can invite your friends over for a game. Send them an email with your invitation code and poker club ID, and when they join, just accept them. Select the type of game you would like to play with your friends, set the buy-in, and then choose the date. PokerStars will automatically inform all the members of your club that a game will be run at that time.
Special Features
Your private poker club comes with special features such as club management tools, which you can use to select administrators, reject/approve members, customize your games lobby, specify length of club seasons, and so on; club leader board, which ranks players according to points earned; player statistics, enabling you to view points earned by each player, top finishes, and so on; game management tools, which allow you to schedule games and set rules; save favorite games, enabling you to replay preferred game configurations; game schedule, which contains list of ring games and tournaments; game results, which displays the results of each game and tournament; private games, which is a list of games available only to club members; and poker games range, which includes popular poker variants such as HORSE, Omaha, Texas Hold’em, and others.
The best thing about PokerStars Home Games is that it is absolutely free; you do not have to pay PokerStars anything to own and manage your own poker club.

You can invite a maximum of 100 people to your online poker club and/or join someone else’s club. PokerStars allows you to create up to 3 clubs and join up to 10 clubs. The most wonderful thing about PokerStars Home Games is that players can play from the same location, even from the same IP address. You can even earn VIP Player Points (VPPs) and Frequent Player Points (FPPs) playing PokerStars Home Games just as you can earn points playing any other ring game or tournament at PokerStars. However, Home Game Tournaments do not receive ay Tournament Leaderboard Points (TLBs).
