Party Poker Gives Away Oktoberfest Prize Packages and Apple Gadgets
Party Poker has launched a promotion enabling poker players to win an opportunity to participate in this year’s Oktoberfest. This prestigious poker event is one of the oldest and most historic poker events of the world, organized annually in Germany. Players have been challenged to win one of the 16 attractive prize packages to the Oktoberfest and one of the innumerable Apple electronic gadgets that Party Poker will be giving away in August and September.
Party Poker will launch its VIP Oktoberfest Race on August 12, challenging players to collect PartyPoints by playing real money poker till Aug 21. At the end of the race, the seven players who have collected the largest number of PartyPoints will be awarded an Oktoberfest prize package each. Besides, Party Poker will give away generous cash prizes of $250 to players in the 8th to 25th positions, $100 to players in the 26th to 75th positions, and a free entry to the VIP Oktoberfest and Super Gadget Freeroll each to players in the 76th to 400th positions.
Party Poker will launch its second VIP Oktoberfest Race on Aug 22, challenging players to collect as many PartyPoints as they can till Aug 31. The prize structure of the second race is the same as the first race. Besides, the top 25 players in both the races will receive a 16 GB Apple iPad2 and the top 75 players of both races will receive a 64 GB iPod Touch each.
The online poker room will run its VIP Oktoberfest and Super Gadget Freeroll on the 4th of September at 2:00 p.m. ET. The top two players of this freeroll will receive a prize package to the Oktoberfest each. The top 3rd to 5th players will receive a 4 GB Apple iPhone each, the top 6th to 10th players will receive a 16 GB Apple iPad2 each, and the top 11th to 30th players will receive a 64 GB iPod Touch each. Players will be given a chance to win as much as one Oktoberfest prize package and one Apple gadget each.
Each Oktoberfest prize package carries accommodation for two with breakfast at the Le Meridien, drinks and dinner at Hippodrom, poker and dinner at Olympic Tower, restricted area access, drinks at PI Night Club, activities during the daytime, transportation, spending money worth $600, and VIP hospitality. The prize package does not include travel charges to and from Munich.
Players who wish to participate in Party Poker’s Oktoberfest promotions must first opt in to it by visiting their Party Poker account page. The prize package to Oktoberfest can neither be transferred nor exchanged for cash; so players must use the prize they have won.
